Everything you need to understand how VaultNova works — from your first deposit to yield collection and principal return.

The Nova Yield Vault

Core product mechanics — APY, cycles, and how your capital works.

What is the Nova Yield Vault?

The Nova Yield Vault is VaultNova's primary product. You deposit a supported digital asset, lock it for a 30-business-day cycle, and earn 10% APY during that period. At maturity, your principal is returned to your withdrawal address.

What is the fixed APY?

All vault positions earn a flat 10% APY regardless of deposit size. There are no tiers, no variable rates, and no hidden deductions. A $50,000+ stake unlocks VIP Concierge service — dedicated account management — but the APY remains identical.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit is $100 USD equivalent. There is no maximum.

How long is each cycle?

Each vault cycle runs for 30 business days from the date your deposit is confirmed on-chain. Yield accrues every business day at 00:00 UTC.

Can I compound my yield?

Yes. When creating a stake you can enable Auto-Compound, which automatically reinvests earned yield into your principal at the end of each cycle, compounding your returns over time.

Supported Assets

Which cryptocurrencies VaultNova accepts and how deposits are processed.

Which assets are supported?

VaultNova currently accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) on both TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks, and USD Coin (USDC) on ERC-20.

How does a deposit work?

After configuring your stake, the platform generates a unique deposit address for your selected asset. Send the exact amount to that address. Once the transaction receives sufficient on-chain confirmations, your vault position activates and yield begins accruing.

What happens if I send the wrong asset?

Always send only the asset and network specified on your deposit screen. Sending an incorrect asset or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. VaultNova cannot recover misdirected transactions.

Yield & Withdrawals

How yield is calculated, credited, and how to withdraw your funds.

How is yield calculated?

Yield is calculated as: (Principal USD × 10%) ÷ 365 per calendar day. Daily yield is credited to your account balance starting from the first day after deposit confirmation.

When can I withdraw earned yield?

Daily yield becomes withdrawable after the first 7 days of an active position. Yield can be withdrawn at any time after that without closing your principal position.

When can I withdraw my principal?

Principal is returned at cycle maturity (30 business days). Early principal withdrawal is not available on the standard cycle. If you require earlier liquidity, contact support.

Are there withdrawal limits or delays?

First-time withdrawal addresses are subject to a 24-hour review period. Withdrawals above $25,000 require manual admin approval and 2FA confirmation. All other withdrawals are processed promptly.

Security

VaultNova's security model and how your assets and account are protected.

How is my password stored?

Passwords are hashed using Argon2id with a 64 MB memory cost, 3 iterations, and a server-side pepper. This is the current industry gold standard for password security.

Is two-factor authentication required?

TOTP 2FA (Google Authenticator, Authy, or any RFC 6238-compliant app) is enforced on all accounts. WebAuthn hardware security keys can also be registered as a stronger alternative.

Where are funds held?

A minimum of 95% of total value locked is held in air-gapped cold storage at all times. Hot wallet exposure is strictly capped at 5% of TVL.

Is there an audit log?

Yes. Every significant account event — sign-ins, stake creation, yield credits, withdrawals, 2FA changes — is written to an append-only audit log. These records cannot be modified or deleted.

Account & KYC

Account creation, identity verification, and compliance requirements.

How do I create an account?

Visit vaultnova.io/signup, complete the registration form, verify your email address, and set up two-factor authentication. All three steps are required before a deposit can be made.

Is KYC (identity verification) required?

KYC verification unlocks higher withdrawal limits and full access to VIP features. Basic deposits can be made prior to KYC, but withdrawal thresholds apply until verification is complete.

How do I contact support?

Email support@vaultnova.io for account assistance, or use the contact form at vaultnova.io/contact. For security-related matters, use security@vaultnova.io.
